It all began with a Migraine headache! Years ago I suffered from debilitating migraine headaches. As a young mother at the time, taking hard medications was never an option for me. I began researching to find natural and alternative solutions. In my research I came across Acupuncture. Acupuncture may have saved my life! It has been over 20 years and I have never experienced another migraine headache since. My past experiences with Acupuncture has led me to become an Acupuncture Physician myself. I wanted to help others heal naturally. A Balanced You Acupuncture & Wellness Center was born from a strong desire to be the CHANGE I wanted to see, and the need for affordable and effective alternative healthcare methods for those who had grown weary of conventional medicine. While I do advocate Natural Health and healing, I do seek to compliment not replace traditional methods, but to complete the circle of healing in a holistic and integrative manner.
